Car Parts Industries Has Acquired CARDONE Industries European Companies
PHILADELPHIA, PA (January 3, 2012) - Car Parts Industries (CI) a sister company of Borg Automotive A/S, has acquired from CARDONE Industries, Inc. its European activities in Belgium and the United Kingdom on December 22, 2011.
The two European companies in Belgium and United Kingdom will continue with “business as usual.”
Car Parts Industries will continue to develop remanufacturing opportunities in the European Marketplace by investing in quality, availability, services, product range and research and development.
Further information about the future strategy will be delivered to all customers in January, 2012.
Car Parts Industries is looking forward to continue building upon the profound knowledge of the dedicated employees in CARDONE Industries, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
