Terms & Conditions

  • Only professional auto repair shops located in the U.S. are eligible.
  • Restaurant Gift Certificates primarily come in $25 denominations. Only one (1) restaurant-specific certificate may be used per restaurant visit. Upon redemption of Restaurant.com promotional certificate for a restaurant certificate, all rules and limitations of the participating restaurant (which may include minimum purchase requirements) apply. These limitations are clearly noted for each restaurant choice during the redemption process as you evaluate your choices.
  • One repair shop can earn up to $500 maximum in Restaurant Gift Certificates.
  • Promotion runs between June 1 – August 31, 2010. Purchases made prior to May 15, 2010 are not eligible.
  • Only forms submitted with corresponding invoices will be accepted. Entries must be postmarked no later than September 10, 2010 to be accepted.
  • Rewards will be emailed within 6-8 weeks of receipt & processing.

How to Register for Restaurant Gift Certificate(s)

  • Click to register after June 1, 2010 and enter your shop information to create an account.
  • Enter certificate PIN codes online & choose a restaurant location in your local area to use your reward. You also have the option to use your reward for merchandise offered from a variety of online vendors, including Boca Java Coffee, LobsterGram, Mrs. Field’s Cookies, The Fruit Company, SpaKist, de La Flowers and BBQ2YOU.
  • Print completed form & mail with corresponding invoices. After you enter your purchases, the system will provide instructions to print and mail the form along with corresponding purchase invoice(s).

How to Redeem Your Restaurant Gift Certificate(s)

  • Within 6 to 8 weeks after your mail-in form and invoice(s) are processed, you will receive an email with a link to www.dine.restaurant.com and one or more PIN codes that equal your reward value.
  • Enter certificate codes online & choose a restaurant location in your local area to use your reward. You also have the option to use your reward for merchandise offered from a variety of online vendors.
  • Print the reward certificate and take it in to the restaurant or use it online at the retailer website.

  • Restaurant.com promotional certificates are issued by restaurant.com (“RDC”) and may be redeemed solely for merchandise offered through www.dine.restaurant.com
  • Restaurant.com promotional certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.

  • What if there aren’t many restaurants in my area that I want to visit. Do I have any other options?
    Yes! There are a variety of online merchants you can access without leaving the comfort of your own home.
    Some of these vendors include: Boca Java Coffee, LobsterGram, Mrs. Field’s Cookies, The Fruit Company, SpaKist, de La Flowers and BBQ2YOU.
  • How many purchases can I use toward my rewards?
    You can earn up to $500 in restaurant.com certificates per repair shop.
  • What if I entered my information incorrectly when I registered?
    Email support@cardoneawards.com with “Registration” in the subject line and your correct registration information in the body of the email.
  • What if I do not have invoices for each part number?
    Only part numbers with corresponding invoices will be accepted.
  • Can I resubmit part numbers if my initial submission was rejected?
    Yes, you may re-enter the part numbers that were rejected and resubmit with the matching invoices. Only forms with invoices for each part
    number will be accepted.
  • Can I add more purchases after receiving my rewards?
    Yes, you can continue to add purchases and submit forms & invoices until you reach the $500 maximum.
  • What information do I need to register?
    Your Name, Shop Name, Shop Phone, Address, Valid Email Address
  • What information do I need to add purchases?
    Part, Part Number, Brand (if it is a Power Steering Pump, Gear, Control Valve, or Power Cylinder), and Store Name.
  • How will rewards be calculated?
    You will receive $25 in restaurant.com certificates for every 2 purchases, or every one purchase of a  MagnaPure™ or MagFlow™ Power Steering Pump.
    The more purchases you add, the higher the increments of $25 rewards you will earn. Rewards will be sent in combinations of $25, $50 & $100 Certificate codes.
  • How will I receive my rewards?
    Rewards will be emailed to the email address provided in the registration process within 6-8 weeks of receiving your mail-in submission.
  • How do I redeem my reward?
    Redemption instructions will be provided via email with your restaurant.com certificate code(s). You will enter certificate codes online & choose a restaurant location to use your reward. You will then print the reward certificate and take it in to the restaurant or use it online at the retailer website. 
  • Am I the only person who can redeem rewards with the Certificate codes I receive?
    The codes will be emailed to you, but you can forward any of them to whomever you choose. For instance, you could use this promotion as an
    opportunity to reward good employee performance in your shop.
  • Do the Certificate codes expire?
    Certificate codes do not expire. You can enter the codes on the redemption site whenever you choose to.
  • Do the Restaurant Certificates expire?
    Yes, they expire one year after the date you print them.
  • What if my code doesn’t work?
    If your code does not work, please email support@cardoneawards.com with “Non Working Certificate” in the subject line and your non-working
    certificate number and you will receive a replacement code.
  • Why am I getting an error message when I enter my part number?
    If the part number you’ve entered is not a valid CARDONE part purchased through a participating dealer, you will get an error message. While many
    distributor brands are eligible, there are a few independent stores that are not participating. To ensure you purchased a CARDONE part, please review the list of brands and applicable part number prefixes above. If the part you purchased does not match the part number prefixes, the product was not built by CARDONE, and therefore is not eligible for this promotion. If the part number you entered does match and you still received an error message, please email support@cardoneawards.com with “Invalid Part Number” in the subject line and supply the brand, part number and store where you purchased the part.
  • I have not received my rewards, what should I do?
    Please expect to receive your rewards within 6-8 weeks of submission. Be sure to check your email inbox and junk folders for the email containing your award
    or information on your submission. If you have not received an email communication regarding your submission and it has been over 8 weeks, please email support@cardoneawards.com with “Reward Not Received” in the subject line. If you qualified for the reward it will be re-sent, if not, you will get an email explaining why you did not qualify.
  • What if I have questions on my invoice, or feel my invoice is wrong?
    Please contact the store where you purchased your undercar product.
  • I purchased CARDONE parts, but did not receive an invoice.  Who do I contact?
    Please request an invoice from the store where you purchased your undercar product.
